All products are sold exclusively for legitimate in vitro scientific research purposes. You represent and warrant that you are a qualified researcher, scientist, or licensed professional with appropriate facilities and training to handle research compounds. You agree not to use any product for human or animal consumption, self-experimentation, or any purpose other than legitimate laboratory research.
3. Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase from Peptova Labs. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
4. Product Descriptions
We strive to provide accurate product information, including Certificates of Analysis. However, we make no warranties regarding the fitness of any product for a particular research purpose. Researchers are responsible for validating compounds for their specific applications.
5. Payment and Pricing
Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. Payment is required in full at the time of order. We accept major credit cards via Stripe and cryptocurrency. Orders are processed only after payment confirmation.
6. Shipping and Returns
Orders are processed within 48 business hours. Due to the nature of research compounds, all sales are final. Returns are only accepted for damaged or incorrect items, and must be reported within 48 hours of receipt.
7. Limitation of Liability
Peptova Labs shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of our products. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable law.
